- A deposit of 1 month rent should be done as a rental guarantee.
- Upon arrival, the first month's rent needs to be paid
- Following months rent will be paid on the same date of each following month
- Electricity, Water and Gas are charged, from the reading, every month
- To guarantee the rent of a property a 1 month rent deposit is necessary. This deposit needs to be done at least 60 days before arrival.
- This deposit can be done via bank transfer or Western Union
- Cancellation with a maximum of 45 days will get the entire amount refunded
- Less than 45 days: 50% refunded
- Less than 30 days: no refund
- All the bank charges related to these refunds will be deducted from the refunded amount.
